Former Reading defender reunited with Dillon

Former Reading defender Glen Little is hoping to make a big impact for Aldershot after agreeing a one-year deal with the League Two club. Little, who was playing for Sheffield United last season, has been training with the Shots during pre-season. He has now been rewarded for a successful trial and will be reunited with manager Kevin Dillon after finalising arrangements on Thursday afternoon. Little, who has made over 500 career appearances, told the club's official website: "It was an easy decision to make really. "I live locally and originally came down to train with Dill (Kevin Dillon) who I knew well from my time at Reading. "Dill was a massive factor in me joining the club and I am really looking forward to the challenge. "There are not too many experienced players here and if I can help give the younger lads some advice and use my own experience then I will be happy to do that."
