Former Partick goalkeeper Jonny Tuffey has revealed that he is mulling over an offer from Burton.
Tuffey has been linked with a string of clubs since turning down the offer of a new deal at the Scottish Division One side.
Burton have now made contact with Tuffey, who has three international caps for Northern Ireland, and he admits they made a good impression
He told the Evening Times: "My agent and I travelled to Burton last week and had discussions with them regarding a deal and right now I am thinking over the offer they have made me.
"I was impressed with what I saw at Burton and they are obviously an ambitious club. But there is other interest and I am not going to rush into things.
"Obviously my next contract is a hugely important one and I need to make sure the decision is right for myself and my family."
