Accrington midfield John Miles admits he's as bad as the supporters who boo him when supporting his own club Liverpool.
Miles revealed his determination to earn a new deal with the club but knows he's not enjoyed the best season of his career.
The lifelong Liverpool fan, who started at Anfield, says he has no intention of leaving despite becoming a target of a section of Accrington fans.
He told the Lancashire Telegraph: "I'd like to stay. I've not had as good a year as last season, but hopefully I can get that form back.
"Probably at this time last year I was one of the favourites, but now it's gone the other way.
"They're just fickle fans, a lot of them, I'm one myself watching Liverpool!"
