Dagenham and Redbridge have signed Peterborough United defender Jamie Day on a one-month loan.
The left-back was a key member of Posh's squad during their back-to-back promotion campaigns from League One and Two, respectively, after progressing from the club's Academy.
However, he has played only four league matches for the Championship strugglers this season and has therefore been allowed to leave in search of regular games.
Daggers boss John Still hopes that the experience of playing for Peterborough will offer benefits to his League Two promotion contenders.
Still told Dagenham's official website: "Jamie is a very talented left-back who can also play on the left wing.
"Experienced in the Peterborough first team, he will bring this experience and quality to our squad."
