Striker Paul Benson has agreed a new three-year contract with Dagenham & Redbridge, skysports.com understands.
The 29-year-old, who scored 21 goals last season, has rejected offers from rival League One and League Two clubs to commit his future to John Still's side.
Gillingham were considering a move for Benson, while Millwall and Swindon were also linked with his services.
An unnamed League Two club tabled a six-figure offer for the forward, but the Daggers have managed to hold on to one of their prize assets.
Benson has agreed terms on a lucrative new three-year deal and is now expected to put pen-to-paper in the coming days.
