Brighton & Hove Albion are set to seal the double capture of Stockport duo Gary Dicker and James Tunnicliffe.
Irish midfielder Dicker, who joined Stockport in 2007, spent time on loan at Brighton last season and he is now set to move to the South Coast on a permanent basis.
He will be joined by central defender Tunnicliffe, who is a product of Stockport's highly acclaimed youth system.
County are still in administration and Brighton struck a deal with the club's administrators, who agreed to the sales.
Brighton confirmed they were hopeful of concluding the double deal by Friday.
