Lunt and Tolley join Hereford

Hereford have further bolstered their ranks with the capture of Kenny Lunt and Jamie Tolley. Defensive midfielder Lunt arrives as a free agent following his release by Sheffield Wednesday at the end of last season. He started his career at Crewe and enjoyed two productive loan spells at Gresty Road during his days at Hillsborough, with the last of those coming during the 2008/09 campaign. Fellow midfielder Tolley was also a free agent having being released by Hereford's League Two rivals Macclesfield. The former Wales U21 international had spent the last three years with the Silkmen, and was on the books of Shrewsbury before that. The duo's arrival comes hot on the heels of the Bulls' double-signing of goalkeeper Adam Bartlett and attacking midfielder Glen Southam, who arrived on Monday. Boss John Trewick remains keen to add to his squad, though, and further new recruits are expected in the coming weeks.
