Jackson would not stop midfielder leaving if right offer comes in

Lincoln City boss Peter Jackson admits he would now consider selling Stefan Oakes during the summer. Oakes barely featured for the Imps during the closing weeks of the season, but only last month Jackson said the midfielder had a future at Sincil Bank. However, after bringing Richard Butcher back to the club, Jackson is willing to listen to any suitable offers for Oakes. "We'll have to wait and see what happens over the summer," he told the Lincolnshire Echo. "Stefan's still under contract for another year, but if someone comes in for him, I would seriously consider letting him go. "At the moment he is part of the squad and there is nothing we can do. "I wouldn't stand in his way if he wanted to go, but Stefan would have to agree to it because I really like him as a person."
