Chris Llewellyn has left Grimsby Town to join Welsh Premier League side Neath FC.
Former Wales international joined Grimsby last summer on a two-year contract following Wrexham's relegation from the Football League.
The midfielder had made 32 appearances in all competitions for the Mariners, although 17 of those had come from the bench.
He has now secured his release from the League Two club and has agreed a deal with Neath.
"This is a huge signing for us, to sign someone of Chris's quality and experience will impact on the club as a whole," Neath manager Andy Dyer told the club's official website.
"It shows the intent that the club now possesses to go and challenge."
