Wycombe Wanderers have signed highly-rated Crawley Town striker Jon-Paul Pittman for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old, who was an Aston Villa trainee before spells at Nottingham Forest and Doncaster Rovers, braved blizzards to sign a two-and-a-half year deal at Adams Park on Monday.
The pacey forward departs the Broadfield Stadium having scored 24 goals since joining Crawley in 2007 and his new boss is delighted to have Pittman on board.
"I would like to thank (Crawley manager) Steve Evans for aiding the boy's career and helping him with his move," Peter Taylor told Wycombe's official website.
"I'm excited to have him here, he's a very, very quick player and has had a nice grounding at Villa and Forest. Hopefully this is really going to work out for us."
