Shrewsbury Town boss Paul Simpson admits he is concerned about Paul Murray's Achilles injury.
Murray has made an impressive start to his Shrewsbury career after joining the club on a free transfer in the summer.
The midfielder scored a stunning goal to earn the Shrews a 1-0 win at Exeter City on Saturday, but was forced off 10 minutes from time.
He is due to undergo a scan on the problem and Simpson is hoping it will not show up a serious injury.
"I would say he's probably only playing at 60-65% of his fitness at the moment," said Simpson of Murray.
"There is a concern there. There is a need to get it right and we need to get to the bottom of his Achilles problem and we will do this week.
"We will send him for a scan on Monday because we haven't seen the best of him yet."
