Midfielder turns down new contract at Underhill

Nicky Nicolau has decided to quit Barnet after rejecting a new contract at Underhill. The midfielder's current deal expires at the end of the month and he has opted to find a new club for next season. Nicolau has scored three goals in 75 appearances for Barnet since joining the League Two side from Swindon Town in 2006. Bees manager Paul Fairclough told the club's official website: "He declined an offer to stay. "Nicky has been good for Barnet and we wish him the best for the future."
