Leyton Orient striker Jabo Ibehre is one of six players who will be released by the club this summer.

The 25-year-old joined the Os as a trainee in 2000 and went on to make 242 appearances for the club, scoring 41 goals - the last of which came in the 3-1 win over Bristol Rovers on Saturday.

Orient boss Martin Ling has also informed Wayne Corden, Efe Echanomi, Raphael Sylvester, Clayton Fortune and January signing Sam Oji that they will be released.

Winger JJ Melligan has been transfer-listed, but Alton Thelwell, Glenn Morris and Paul Terry have all been offered new contracts.
