Wycombe full-back Sam Stockley has been handed a trial by MLS outfit Dallas.
The former Colchester defender is due to fly out on Thursday, where he will then train with the side for the remainder of the week before taking part in a trial match on Saturday - which means he will miss this weekend's League Two clash with Mansfield.
"Sam is still very much our player and part of my plans, he has been given the permission of the club to take part in this trial after he was invited over by Dallas," said Wanderers boss Paul Lambert.
"His contract here doesn't run out until June 30th and no decision has been made as to whether or not that will be extended."
