Wycombe have extended the loan spell of Brentford centre-back Aaron Pierre until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old had to be patient for his first start since arriving at the end of February but he has excelled in his two appearances so far, playing a major role in Wanderers' 0-0 draw at promotion-chasing Scunthorpe on Saturday. "I've played the last two games and I'm getting my confidence up and getting my rhythm back," Pierre told Chairboys Player. "Hopefully I've shown the gaffer that I can be a massive part of the team. "There's a lot more to come, I'm just getting comfortable with the players around me and the more comfortable I am the more will come out."
