Brentford boss Uwe Rosler has hailed his players and staff after he was crowned League One manager of the month for November.
The Bees won four of their five league games in November, drawing the other at Wolves. They have won seven of their last eight in all to rise to fourth in the table.
Alan Curbishley, chair of the Sky Bet manager of the month judging panel, said: "After narrowly missing out on promotion last season, Uwe Rosler's men are clearly mounting another challenge this campaign.
"It was an impressive month for Brentford - going unbeaten with some notable results."
Rosler, who has been given permission to speak to Wigan about their managerial vacancy, said he was honoured and happy to receive the award, one which he will share with his staff.
"I share it with our sporting director (Mark Warburton). He has been influential in bring players in, working with me," Rosler remarked before Wigan's approach.
"First and foremost, I share it with my players. They have been tremendous. Without their commitment, their desire and their willingness to do well for themselves and the club, this would not have been achievable."
