Brentford midfielder Jonathan Douglas says he is fit and ready to boost the Bees' promotion bid.
The combative midfielder has yet to make a first-team appearance this season following knee surgery but has now played two reserves games and could make his long-awaited return against Rotherham on Saturday.
"The knee feels great now, so far, so good," Douglas told the Bees' official website. "I had the operation and all seems well. Hopefully now it is all sorted.
"There has been no reaction so far in training but nothing prepares you for a game.
"You put a lot of pressure on it over 90 minutes. I have done a lot of strength work, it feels strong.
"I am looking forward to getting involved in the first team. I feel good and am ready to go."
