Brentford new boy Jonathan Douglas admitted the chance to work under Uwe Rosler was too good to turn down.
Midfielder Douglas, 29, turned down a new contract at Swindon to link up with Bees boss and former Manchester City striker Rosler. "I spoke to the manager a few days ago and he was very positive," said Douglas. "He came across very well and has good plans for the club - it was something I was excited about. I spoke to him for about 10 minutes and I knew it was the right thing to do. "I spoke to a couple of other clubs but no-one gave me the belief that the manager here did."
