21-year-old Hutchinson has put pen-to-paper on a new one-year deal with The Bees while Julian has signed a new two-year contract to replace his current deal that was due to expire at the end of June.
The South West London club have also made new contract offers to attacking midfielder Kevin O'Connor and defender Matt Somner.
The club have also signed defender Lee Fieldwick to a new two-year deal while centre back Danny Thomas has commited himself for next season, with an option for another year after that.
