Hall makes Notts County move

Notts County have signed winger Ryan Hall on a short-term loan deal from Rotherham.

Hall, who will remain at Meadow Lane until January, has been brought in by Magpies manager Shaun Derry following the news that Zeli Ismail will be out for around four months. Ismail, on loan from Wolves, suffered a knee injury during the goalless draw with Accrington in the FA Cup first round at the beginning of November. He has returned to his parent club for treatment. Hall will go straight into the Notts squad for the League One fixture at Sheffield United on Friday night. The 26-year-old joined Rotherham on a free transfer in the summer and has made four appearances for the Millers this season, the latest coming in October when he started in the 2-1 Championship win over Leeds. He is no stranger to League One, having spent the end of last season with MK Dons.
