Rotherham chairman Tony Stewart is relishing the prospect of seeing his team take on Leyton Orient in Sunday's Sky Bet League 1 play-off final.
A victory at Wembley would see the Millers return to the second tier of English football for the first time in a decade.
Manager Steve Evans is hoping to guide the team to promotion for the second successive season, after they finished runners up in League Two a year ago.
Rotherham secured their place at Wembley with a 3-1 victory over Preston last Thursday, in the biggest match at their recently constructed New York Stadium.
And Stewart believes the club are prepared for the step up following a spell playing at the recently demolished Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield after leaving their old Millmoor home in 2008.
"I think Thursday was bigger than the Aldershot one where we got automatic promotion into League One," he said.
"This will be the big one because a lot is riding on it. I think it's a major step from League One into the Championship and we're gagging for it.
