Rotherham boss Andy Scott slammed his side's defending after they slipped to their fourth straight defeat - a 1-0 home loss to Burton.
Justin Richards bagged the only goal of the game early on, and Scott was left fuming afterwards.
"We just can't defend. I'm sick of saying the same thing," he said. "It just drives me absolutely mad that players aren't prepared to do their jobs and put their bodies on the line to defend.
"The back four got dominated in the first half because we didn't compete and then we had the most one-sided second half you are ever going to get in a football match and yet I was still worried that they were going to score another goal.
"They just don't seem to be able to do the things that we ask them to do. For some reason their whole mentality goes out of the window because they can't do what I am asking them to do.
"I'm looking to make changes, trying to make changes and I've got to make changes because you can only give people so many chances because they either don't want to do it or can't do it, so that's that."
