Rotherham winger Marcus Marshall has earned Ronnie Moore's praise after playing himself into his manager's good books.
The 21-year-old, who joined from Blackburn in the summer following a loan spell at Don Valley at the back end of last season, had a slow start to the campaign and struggled to break into the team.
But Marshall has found form on the right wing in recent weeks and terrorised his marker in both the draw against Northampton and Saturday's win over Aldershot.
And Moore is full of compliments for Marshall.
"He's getting hotter and hotter, he's fantastic," he said. "If I was a full-back I wouldn't want to play against him at the moment, he's red hot.
"It's great for us that we've got that type of ability from a young kid."
