Rotherham defender Dale Tonge is ready to put his injury nightmare behind him after returning to first-team training.
The 25-year-old right-back has made just six appearances in the last year after suffering three separate metatarsal injuries, the latest of which came in pre-season just days after he had recovered from a previous injury.
But Tonge trained with the rest of Ronnie Moore's squad on Monday and is keen to get back to action.
"I am feeling really good," he said. "It has been the most frustrating time ever to be honest. Every time I have come back it goes again. I just think I'm unlucky, I must have done something wrong.
"Hopefully I can put all that behind me and be positive and get back playing. Maybe in a couple of weeks I will be back ready for first-team action."
