Chesterfield duo Mark Randall and Danny Whitaker are the latest players to sign new contracts.
Randall, 22, and fellow midfielder Whitaker, 31, have both put pen to paper on one-year deals. Their decisions mean all five of the players offered new contracts by manager John Sheridan have now committed themselves to the club. Defender Tendayi Darikwa, midfielder Craig Clay and striker Scott Boden agreed new terms last month.
