Joe Murphy has refused to rule out staying at Scunthorpe despite the club's relegation to League One.
The 29-year-old Irishman and team-mate David Mirfin are out of contract in the summer and Iron boss Alan Knill has said he expects both players to leave.
Coventry manager Andy Thorn has confirmed he is an admirer of Murphy, while a number of other clubs are also expected to be interested.
Yet Murphy says he will listen to any offers from Scunthorpe that could yet persuade him to stay.
Murphy told Iron Player: "Things don't happen until late May or the start of June so I'll sit down with the manager and see what the club has to offer.
"Every player wants to be at the highest level and I'm no different. We'll wait and see and take it from there.
"Because of my age, the next contract is an important one for me. I'm in a good position, I've played consistently for five years and if clubs want a goalkeeper they want somebody of the right age who's been playing games."
