Crystal Palace midfielder Kieran Djilali has returned to Selhurst Park after his loan spell at Chesterfield.
The 19-year-old made eight appearances for the League Two club following his arrival at Saltergate on November 13.
He scored during the Spireites' 5-2 home win over Darlington in only his second outing for John Sheridan's side.
His final appearance came in a 1-0 home defeat to Shrewsbury on January 2.
