The Bantams' top scorer was clattered midway through the first half of Bradford's 2-1 home win on Saturday and boss Phil Parkinson will have to do without the nine-goal frontman for the immediate future

The results of a scan on his injured left ankle revealed he had suffered ligament damage from the challenge by Shrewsbury defender Dave Winfield.

Parkinson told the Telegraph & Argus: "The scan showed there was nothing really serious.

"He will be out for at least a couple of weeks but we will know more when the swelling goes down."
