PP: I'll mend Bantams defence

Bradford boss Phil Parkinson has pledged to act decisively to "put right a few wrongs" after his side slumped 3-1 at Crawley.

City followed their 3-2 defeat at Port Vale by again conceding three goals to leave Parkinson still seeking his first win since taking charge at the end of last month. Parkinson was scathing about his side's second-half display as City, who took the lead through Kyel Reid in only the 12th minute, dived to defeat with Tyrone Barnett (two) and Andy Drury scoring for Crawley. Parkinson said: "The mentality to win games has got to be stronger. We must put ourselves on the line to win. "I need to pick a side to do the job and a big week is needed in training. I need to put right a few wrongs after that display." He added: "In the second half we didn't do what we did in the first half. We were second best all over the pitch. We conceded three poor goals again and went too deep. I must put out a team to compete for every ball."
