Bradford City winger Joe Colbeck insists he is committed to the club despite refusing to sign a new contract.
Colbeck has rejected a long-term deal at Valley Parade and is currently on a week-to-week agreement with the League Two club.
However, the 22-year-old has no plans to leave Stuart McCall's side and expects to review his future during the season.
He told the club's official website: "Everybody has their opinion, but it annoys me when you hear people shouting 'sign your contract'.
"They say I lack commitment, but you watch me on the pitch and see that's not the case.
"The club made this offer, but we just couldn't agree terms. But I told the gaffer that even if I'm still on a week-to-week contract I'm not looking to go anywhere.
"I'm still a Bradford City player and hopefully I'll produce what I did at the beginning of last season. Then I'll go to the gaffer again, maybe at Christmas, and see if we can agree on something that I really want."
