Cheltenham have appointed Dave Kevan as a first-team coach, one of a number of backroom changes at the Abbey Business Stadium.

The 45-year-old, who left his role as a Stoke academy coach after the departure of Tony Pulis, linked up with the Robins squad on Thursday for the first time having previously held roles as assistant manager at both Burnley and Notts County. Boss Mark Yates has also added Ian Hutton and Craig Cope to his coaching set up. Hutton has been helping players with their strength and conditioning in recent seasons and has now taken on a more focused role as fitness coach while Cope will take control of video analysis after the departure of Jason Murphy.
