Cheltenham Town's highly-rated winger Zack Kotwica has been offered a two-year professional contract at Whaddon Road.
The 17-year old made his League Two debut during his side's 2-2 opening day draw with Burton Albion, in which he came close to scoring on more than one occasion.
Kotwica had impressed after featuring in the Robins' pre-season schedule for Mark Yates' team, and Cheltenham chairman Paul Baker talked up the youngster's potential.
"We have an exciting young talent in Zack, and Mark has already seen something in him," he told the Gloucestershire Echo.
"For him to have already made his debut shows what Mark thinks of him and we are talking to his agent about a two-year professional contract.
"We'd like to him to continue to develop here and after that, who knows, but hopefully we'll see plenty more first team appearances for him."
