Ardley backs Byron to continue

New AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley has backed Byron Harrison to stay on the goal trail and lift the club up the table.

Harrison has scored three goals in his last three matches, although his late header could not prevent the Dons losing 2-1 against Cheltenham in Ardley's first match in charge. Nevertheless, the striker's display proved to Ardley he has a player capable of firing the Dons up the table. "I thought Byron was excellent - and we will work to make him better, to improve his game and his awareness," said Ardley. "Hopefully, he can get us the goals that we need during the rest of the season."
