Cheltenham must maintain their positive mental attitude as the League Two promotion race reaches a fascinating climax, says Marlon Pack.
The Robins currently sit fourth in the table, level on points with third-placed Southend, while Shrewsbury, Torquay and Crawley are also competing with the Gloucestershire side for second and third place behind runaway leaders Swindon.
Midfielder Pack insists Cheltenham have established themselves as one of the teams to beat this term by focusing their energy of positive thoughts. And he stressed the need for that mindset to continue during the final 11 outings of the term.
"That's the kind of mentality we've gone through all season with. It is now the business end and it's important that we keep our heads on," he said.
"It's so tight up there and the possibilities are there for the table to change really quickly. We've got ourselves into a position where it's still in our hands and that is important.
"Now is the time where we've got to stand up and be counted. It's not going to be easy, but we've shown over the course of the season that we deserve to be up there and we need to see it through."
