James Spencer has revealed the secret behind Cheltenham's staggering first half to the League Two season - total self-belief.
The on-loan Huddersfield striker, who netted in the 3-0 victory over leaders Southend on Saturday, has scored seven goals since his arrival at Whaddon Road in the summer.
During that time the Robins have risen to third spot in the league table and are currently on course for automatic promotion.
And Spencer says a little bit of arrogance has gone a long, long way at the Gloucestershire club.
"We've had a chat about what we want to be doing, but really it's all about going out wanting to win every game we play," he said.
"There's no point in going out not thinking we can win or looking to draw, we have to expect we can win every game and that's what we've been doing."
