Cheltenham striker James Spencer has revealed the Robins' dressing room is the best he has ever experienced in football.
The on-loan Huddersfield forward has been at Whaddon Road since the summer, netting seven times in 21 appearances as the Robins have moved into third in League Two.
Spencer credits the team spirit at the Gloucestershire club as a major factor in that success.
"The lads are brilliant. I was playing on loan at Morecambe last season and the team and the dressing room at Cheltenham is like nothing else I've experienced," he said.
"There's lads in there who are leaders and it's a great atmosphere. We're all friends as well as team-mates so that helps.
"There are no upsets in the squad and we all get along. We all like to have a laugh but, at the same time, we know when we need to work hard and I think that's showing in our results."
