Midfielder Russ Penn insists Cheltenham will not be affected by the steadily growing weight of expectation.
The Robins lie third in League Two after their best start to a season in the Football League and, with the term's halfway mark rapidly approaching, supporters are starting to believe Mark Yates' men are promotion candidates.
"It does add a bit of pressure but we're professional footballers and this is what we're paid to do," Penn said.
"We can't look too far ahead and we've got to take each game as it comes. Football can change drastically so we need to keep winning games and see where that takes us.
"We're playing well and everyone's enjoying what we're doing so it's all positive."
