Sanchez targets Taylor form

Barnet manager Lawrie Sanchez wants more of the same from Charlie Taylor after the striker scored in midweek at Cheltenham.

The Bees travelled to Whaddon Road in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy without regular frontmen Ricky Holmes and Steve Kabba, and then lost Izale McLeod to injury early in the game. But Taylor climbed off the bench and scored to seal a 2-0 win for Sanchez's side and put himself in the frame for Saturday's FA Cup trip to Southport. "Charlie Taylor came on early on, and I thought he worked very hard as well as taking his goal really well," said Sanchez. "I know he is a good player - at the moment it is about getting him in the team."We lost our centre-forwards from Saturday, then McLeod has gone off injured too, so he has three people in front of him for the role up front, and proved he is capable of doing that job when given the chance."
