Cheltenham manager Mark Yates took an unorthodox approach to getting over their weekend defeat.
After watching his side lose 1-0 to Aldershot, Yates donned his running shoes to tackle the Cheltenham half-marathon with assistant manager Neil Howarth.
And by the end of the 13-mile trek all his frustrations with his team were forgotten.
"It was the hardest thing I've ever done," Yates told the club's official website.
"I'm in a bit of pain now and I'm really looking forward to a cold bath.
"It was tough but we are really glad to have finished it and to have raised money for Help For Heroes."
