Goalkeeper Scott Brown insists he will not leave Cheltenham Town waiting too long for a decision on their contract offer.
Brown has been offered terms to stay at Whaddon Road next season, but is also reportedly wanted by Blue Square Premier side Wrexham.
After making 44 appearances for the Robins during the past campaign, the 25-year-old has hinted that he is prepared to stay at Cheltenham.
He admits he is 'lucky' to have an offer to consider and will not allow the uncertainty surrounding his future to drag on for too long.
"A couple of months ago I might have been happy to go and sit on the bench somewhere else, but after talking to a couple of people I have decided I want to be playing, whatever level it is at," Brown told the Gloucestershire Echo.
"I was proud to be ever-present last season and I want to be doing that again.
"There are a lot of players out of football, but I am lucky enough to have an offer here and I am very grateful for that.
"The gaffer has put figures to me and he won't hang around forever so I need to make a decision."
