Midfielder looking to help loan club win promotion

Rochdale have extended the loan deal of Rotherham United midfielder Jason Taylor until the end of the season. Taylor was set to play the last game of his current agreement at Spotland this weekend but Dale's clash with Port Vale was postponed due to the adverse weather conditions. However, he will now finish the campaign with the League Two leaders and is eager to help Rochdale secure promotion. The 22-year-old told the club's official website: "I am enjoying it, things have gone fantastically well for me since I arrived and I'm very happy to have extended my loan. "I seem to have struck up a good partnership with Jason Kennedy from the start and we are winning games, that always makes for a happy environment. "There is a massive belief in the dressing room that this could be the season that sees Rochdale promoted. "Everyone has their feet firmly on the ground, but it is definitely there for us without any doubt."
