Cheltenham climbed to the fringes of the play-off picture with a 4-1 win over Lincoln.Cheltenham Town climbed to the fringes of the play-off picture in League Two with a 4-1 win over Lincoln City.
The Red Imps made the trip to Gloucestershire hopeful of ending a recent poor run of form, but they were undone by a polished display from Cheltenham.
Steve Guinan put The Robins in the driving seat in the first half, but they were pegged back on the hour by a Paul Mayo volley.
Two goals in six minutes from Brian Wilson, the first a header and second a volley, both from JJ Melligan crosses, took the game beyond Keith Alexander's Lincoln.
Stephen Gillespie climbed off the bench and skipped clear in injury time to put some gloss on the scoreline.
