Bournemouth defender Steve Cook has hailed manager Lee Bradbury's ability to get the best out of his players.

Cook signed on full-time at the Cherries earlier this month after a loan spell and the former Brighton man has already noticed Bradbury's influence on the squad during his short time at Dean Court. "I think he's a really good manager and he really knows the game," he said. "He's played at the highest level and when a manager has done that you can only have respect for him. "He keeps getting extra out of us and encouraging us to push on. "Training has got a good feel to it. We do a lot of ball work and everyone works hard. He's brought Russ (Wilcox, Bradbury's assistant manager) in as well and that's added more experience to the coaching team and everyone is making the most of it."
