Injured Bournemouth midfielder Shaun MacDonald says he is eager to make a return to first-team football at the Seward Stadium.
MacDonald has been sidelined with a toe injury since September, but could be in contention for selection for the Cherries' game against Sheffield United this weekend.
The Welshman has made just three league appearances since his arrival from Swansea in the summer, but is eyeing Saturday's game for a potential comeback.
He told the club's official website: "I want to be involved.
"I feel good. I've been working hard and hopefully I can get back training and playing as soon as possible.
"Whoever is out on the pitch and is picked will want to do well and get the win which is the main thing."
