Oxford chairman Kelvin Thomas has dismissed out of hand suggestions striker James Constable could be on his way to Bournemouth.
The forward has been the subject of interest from the Cherries in recent weeks, and manager Lee Bradbury was this week quoted voicing his admiration of the former Walsall frontman.
But Thomas said such a deal is wide of the mark
"He's certainly not going on loan to Bournemouth any time soon," he told the Bournemouth Echo.
