Bournemouth captain Karl Broadhurst has put pen-to-paper on his one-year deal at Dean Court.
The 26-year-old agreed the deal some time ago and has now extended his stay with The Cherries.
Broadhurst's 2005/06 campaign was decimated by injury, but manager Sean O'Driscoll was keen to retain his services.
He made just three starts and three substitute appearances for the League One outfit due to a niggly hernia injury.
Portsmouth-born Broadhurst has spent his entire career with Bournemouth and has made over 150 league starts for the club.
