The 22-year-old was taken to hospital in Belfast after lasting just six minutes as Northern Ireland Under-21s were crushed 6-2 by their Greek counterparts in a European Championship qualifier.
Feeney's injury means he will be sidelined for The Cherries' run-in, with Sean O'Driscoll's side a point off the automatic promotion places in Division Three.
"It looks as though Warren has locked his knee," said Northern Ireland Under-21 boss Roy Millar.
"He has gone to hospital. His injury compounded what was a bad night all round. It was a night to forget."
