Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade has urged his side to shrug off their midweek disappointment when they return to League One action.
The O's face an uphill battle to reach Wembley after losing the home leg of their Johnstone's Paint Trophy area final 1-0 to Southend on Tuesday night.
But there is no let-up for Slade's players with a visit from table-topping Tranmere next up.
"It's still a very, very big week for us - we've got the league leaders coming here on Saturday," said Slade.
"We've got to recover right, get ourselves sorted out and get our minds set on that, because if we win on Saturday we're 10 points behind the leaders."
