Taylor praise for youth set-up

Striker Jake Taylor is impressed Exeter still have faith in young players even though the club is struggling in League One.

The Grecians are locked in a battle against relegation from League One, and sit 21st in the table with 10 games of the season remaining. However, on-loan Reading forward Taylor still believes the Devon club's track record of nurturing young talent should be applauded despite their current predicament. "It's a club that's not got a lot of money and so it works hard on the players it has got and down here there's a lot of guys - like Scotty Bennett, Sercs (Liam Sercombe) and Daws (Aaron Dawson) - who have come through, got their chance and done well," he said. "They can't bring in who they might like to so they use what they have and it works well. "I'm enjoying playing in a good, passing team with lots of positive people around me. There's a really good feel to the club."
