Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade was delighted with the impact of debutant Ryan Dickson in the 2-1 win over Bournemouth.
Jimmy Smith headed Orient's winner after Bournemouth's Marc Pugh had cancelled out Kevin Lisbie's opener. But full-back Dickson, who recently joined on loan from Southampton, caught the manager's eye. Slade said: "He's got loads of energy, he'll fly up and down and I'm sure the fans will take to him. "What's nice about him is that Dean Cox has missed that with somebody coming inside and linking up, and now I think they will start to develop a nice partnership."
